Serious, yet light-hearted, Grace Nogueira is committed to providing excellence in care as she artfully enhances her patients’ appearance with her advanced medical aesthetic skills. Grace has been an RN for nearly four decades, and over the years, she’s effectively led teams to achieve exceptional levels of success. As she transitioned into her “retirement,” Grace was drawn to the life-changing benefits of medical aesthetics and embraced the opportunity to work with a group of plastic surgeons who were performing delicate surgeries to correct facial deformities for impoverished children overseas. While on this mission, Grace increased her knowledge and skills which ultimately led to her own career in medical aesthetics.
Grace has a keen mind for science and anatomy, and loves learning new techniques and technologies that help her provide the best in patient care—she cites her cadaver training as invaluable to her mastery of muscle and bone structure. Grace’s approach to injecting is to create beautiful, naturallooking results that enhance her patients’ inherent qualities by helping them to look like better versions of themselves. She is an avid researcher who only brings the safest and most effective technologies into her practice. Together with her business partner and friend, Cathy Orander, Grace is excited to provide more wellness services at Catherine Grace at Blue, with a desire to amplify the patient experience by incorporating treatments that will increase health and longevity, as well as promote a higher quality of life at any age.
Impressed by the advancements in biostimulators, such as PRP and PRF, Grace provides exceptional results by harnessing the body’s own plasma to increase cell regeneration, helping patients to look more youthful and revitalized. She is skilled at performing next-level treatments with Sciton’s “gold standard” laser technology to create unparalleled results. Grace is well-known in the “celebrity circles,” performing injections on the famous elite to keep them looking young and fabulous. She loves the artistic aspect of her work.

Grace not only enjoys increasing her own knowledge, but loves to mentor others in the aesthetic field, helping doctors and nurses to master their injection techniques, so they can provide beautiful outcomes. Her vision is to elevate the skills of the next generation of aesthetic medical providers to ensure safety and efficacy throughout the industry. Her exceptional leadership skills, combined with her quick wit and humor, give rise to an educator who is well respected and sought out by up-and-coming aesthetic talent.
In her personal time, Grace is a culinary artist: her chicken masala landed her a spot on the popular MasterChef television series, though she chose to decline the high-pressure competition. Grace loves taking Pilates classes to stay fit, and occasionally finds herself on the golf course when time allows. She delights in enjoying life with her loving and supportive partner, Jon.
Cathy
Cathy Orander didn’t expect her silver lining to be so shiny when she was laid off from her corporate cyber security job due to world-wide business shutdowns in 2020, but it led her to a whole new career in aesthetics—and she couldn’t be happier.
After receiving treatments from Grace Nogueira, Cathy was impressed with her results, and agreed to be Grace’s model during her microneedling training. Not realizing she was headed for a major career shift, Cathy started helping Grace in her new office and with social media marketing, and quickly fell in love with the world of aesthetics. She jetted off to London to train at the esteemed Elemis Academy, where she completed her master aesthetician training. With an absolute passion for learning, Cathy continues to expand her skills and knowledge and is so impressed with the results she is able to provide her clients by implementing innovative techniques and treatments.
A cheerleader and advocate for her clients, Cathy loves connecting with people on a personal level, which makes each skin transformation a personal and professional victory.

Affectionately known by her clients and colleagues as the “Neck Whisperer,” Cathy works her magic to restore texture and firmness to this often-neglected area, making it one of her favorite offerings. She also enjoys the transformations she achieves when performing a series of treatments to solve an issue.

Cathy and Grace have a unique approach to their new client consultations: they do the consults together, with Cathy assessing the skin’s tone and texture while Grace focuses on facial structure, wrinkles, and volume loss. They then collaborate to create a customized treatment plan to achieve elevated results, with each of them addressing the areas in which they specialize. Their complimentary care model is engaging, fun, and personal, helping every client to feel at ease, respected, and valued.
In her personal time, Cathy loves traveling with her husband who enjoys sampling regional cuisine while Cathy prefers shopping. She enjoys outdoor activities with her husband and daughter, Ashley, especially golf and kayaking—but any fun outdoor adventure will do. Cathy’s English yellow lab, Murphy gets a lot of her attention and snuggles when she’s away from the office.
